Transformations

Here's what happens when you say yes to yourself.

Real stories. Real Women. Powerful Transformations.

These women said yes to themselves — and everything changed. They came in feeling exhausted, stuck, and uncertain, and walked away with renewed confidence, balance, and a life that finally feels like theirs. Their stories are proof that real transformation is possible with the right support. If it happened for them, it can happen for you too. Your next chapter starts here.

Heather, I want to take a moment to share just how much your friendship has meant to me and the AWESOME transformation you've inspired in my life. Looking back at where I was before I met you, I am almost unrecognizable (in the best way possible.)

My mental state has shifted so powerfully for the better because of your presence and support.

Before, setting healthy boundaries felt impossible for me. I didn’t know it was okay to say “no” or to prioritize my own well-being. With a husband and kids, you did not allow me to have any excuses! You encouraged me, you showed patience and consistency. You showed me how, to stand tall in my convictions, and showed me by example what self-respect truly looks like. Because of your guidance, I’ve learned to draw boundaries where I never dreamed I could, protecting my peace and my priorities. I feel strong in my voice now. I'm confident in expressing my feelings, needs, and dreams. That sense of empowerment is something I never imagined I could experience. I thought all of this died inside of me.

You didn’t just help me with my mind and heart. You got me moving!! Whoooooooo!!!!

Getting on track with fitness was something I was struggling with for a long time. But working out together, almost every day, created a new habit that's hard for me to quit! Even on my sick days! (Just kidding I rest)

You are the first person to show me what discipline and consistency look like, even on the days when I wasn't motivated. To be honest, it was hard work. There were soooo many days when I wanted to give up, when it felt easier to just stop! But you wouldn’t let me.

Your belief in me pushed me further than I thought possible, and your determination carried me through every tough workout.

What’s even more beautiful is how this transformation within me has cascade into the lives of my kids. They see a version of their mommy who tries to perserve and put health as a priority. They are unafraid to advocate for themselves. They’re learning, through my change, that boundaries are healthy and love is strongest when we are honest and true to ourselves.

Our home feels lighter and more hopeful, and I credit so much of that to the lessons I’ve learned from you and continue to receive!

Heather, you're not just a good friend! Youre the great friend people hope to have in their life, the kind you never knew you needed until you realized you couldn’t have grown without them.😭😭 Youre trustworthy, consistent, full of wisdom and grace. Thank you for being the heart that listened when I needed it the most, (especially during the multiple times I wanted to crash out) and pushing me to discover the power that was always inside me!!

On top of all this, your friendship has made me feel less alone in a world full of people and more connected.. But not just as a friend, but almost as family. My sister from the same mister! In times when I felt isolated or misunderstood, you were there, a constant reminder that true companionship makes even the hardest paths brighter. YOU ARE never afraid to let me know when I'm wrong which I absolutely love. You are rare and precious, and I am so grateful to have you walking beside me every step of the way.

Thank you!

"If you’re like me, you might initially assume that someone like Heather Simco has never experienced life's challenges the way you have. However, after many years of getting to know Heather deeply both personally and professionally, I can confidently say you would be quite mistaken.

The burning depth of purpose, motivation, relatability, and humility in Heather’s heart and her practice is truly inspiring. I have encountered few women who embody the combination of grit, discipline, balance, faith, trust in God, compassion, humor, knowledge, surrender and grace that Heather demonstrates daily.

Her genuine interest in the fullness of your well-being, her witty sense of humor and straightforward approach to engaging in meaningful, goal-oriented conversations about attaining balance within the inevitable ebb and flow of life make her truly unique in her field. Coupled with her extensive accumulation of experiential wisdom and well-studied expertise, every interaction I have with Heather leaves me feeling encouraged, invigorated, understood, properly aimed, and capable.

Heather Simco is a true blessing.  I came to her needing support with healthy weight gain, eating well, and finding a way to care for myself physically and emotionally. She truly listens and understands—never judging, only encouraging. With her help, I’ve started gaining healthy weight, building better habits, and feeling more grounded in both body and spirit. Heather doesn’t just coach—she walks with you, prays for you, and genuinely cares.  I’m so grateful for her guidance and heart.

"During one of the most difficult seasons in my marriage, I turned to Heather for guidance — and I’m so grateful I did. With wisdom rooted in God’s love, she helped me shift my perspective and see my situation through eyes of grace and truth. She never picks sides, but gently helps me see the full picture — even shedding light on how my husband might be feeling. Through her, God reminded me that healing often begins with understanding.

Heather has also helped me grow in how I see myself — encouraging a healthier relationship with my body, and helping me stop living in fear of the “next bad thing.” Her words are grounded in Scripture, but also deeply personal and practical — filled with the kind of peace only God can give.

When I got married, without parents to stand by me, Heather quietly and graciously stepped into that space — not replacing what was lost, but softening the ache with a heart full of compassion and care. Her support didn’t end that day.

To this day, she remains a steady voice in my life — a reminder of God’s kindness, His nearness, and His grace shown through the people He places in our lives.

God clearly gave her a heart for helping, comforting, and leading. I truly believe she’s made for this calling. I truly am so thankful to God for placing such a headstrong, wise, gentle stern loving woman in my life to help me."

“Working with Heather has honestly changed my life. As someone in my early 20s trying to figure everything out—my purpose, my faith, my future—her coaching came at the perfect time. She doesn’t just guide you professionally; she pours into you spiritually and emotionally. Heather helped me begin my spiritual journey and pushed me to step into entrepreneurship with confidence. She’s more than just a coach — she’s your biggest cheerleader, prayer warrior, and friend. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to truly walk with you through the highs and lows, while helping you grow into the best version of yourself, Heather is exactly who you need."

"I've been doing great with the meal prep, as it has been a life changer!! So many areas of my life have been improved and I can't stop saying how grateful I am for your guidance and willingness to teach us!! My eyes have been opened in many ways, like making me aware of my bad eating habits, but also providing a great method that I can apply and follow for many years to come!! We have saved so much time cooking and so much money on food (and the food waste in the house has been reduced almost totally!!!)

I have been feeling so much better every week, and all this just by applying this meal prep, with the instructions/guidance you provided. I have even lost weight in a speed I didn't think possible haha Even a friend noticed and asked me what I was doing!! So I just shared the plan!! So anything else you can provide me so I can share with her will be appreciated!

So, again, thank you so much for sharing all your ideas with us, because all the benefits I have experienced have exceeded any expectations I had (not on your plan per se, but on my own - I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it!!)

And ladies, if you started the meal prep plan, I hope you can continue, even when sometimes we just "deviate" a little!
And for the ones that haven't started, please give it a try even if it is one or two meals a week. Once you get the habit, it gets easier!! And we can always pray for you and with you!!"

Blessings to you all!!!"
